Job summary

Cardiff Council is recruiting an Enforcement Agent to join the Recovery department. The role involves enforcing liability orders and warrants for non-payment of parking fines, Council tax and Business Rates under the Courts and Tribunal Act 2007.

You will hold a Level 2 Taking Control of Goods qualification and a valid Enforcement Agent Certificate, with GCSEs and good IT skills. The ability to communicate confidently and remain composed in challenging situations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enforcement Agent with current registration and qualifications.
• GCSE-level education or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills and confidence in using common software and systems.
