Priority Recruitment is recruiting an Enforcement Agent to service South West London, covering areas including Kingston upon Thames and nearby towns. You will visit customers, negotiate repayments and take control of goods when needed.

Offering a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with an attractive commission/bonus structure, the role promises real earnings potential (£40,000–£65,000 OTE) and flexible start times between 5am and 9pm, plus full training and certification.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Able to work independently with strong time management and a target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated area.
• Communicate professionally to maximise debt recoveries.
• Negotiate full payment or repayment plans.
• Complete income and expenditure questionnaires when required.
• Take control of goods in accordance with applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate case notes and payment records.
• Support vulnerable customers with a calm, fair approach.
• Organise daily visits and work towards targets.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally.
