Job summary

Priority Recruitment Services Ltd is representing a well-established organisation in debt recovery, recruiting Enforcement Agents for the Brighton area including Worthing, Eastbourne, Lewes, Haywards Heath and Horsham.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with an OTE of £40,000–£65,000, plus benefits. Flexible start times between 5am and 9pm, full UK driving licence required, and no CCJs or convictions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Calm, firm, fair approach in challenging conversations.
• Ability to work independently and manage own time.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated area.
• Negotiate payment in full or establish repayment arrangements.
• Maintain case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Take control of goods where required in compliance with legislation.
• Support vulnerable customers with appropriate approaches.
• Meet performance targets and manage daily workload.
