Responsabilidades

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your area.
• Communicate professionally to maximise debt recoveries.
• Negotiate payment in full or arrange repayments.
• Complete income/expenditure questionnaires when required.
• Take control of goods in line with legislation and regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and records.
• Support vulnerable customers with appropriate approaches.
• Manage workload, plan daily visits and meet targets.
• Handle difficult conversations calmly and fairly.
