Job summary

Jobs for Planet is seeking a commercially driven ETRM Sales Executive to generate new relationships and grow business within the Energy Trading and Risk Management sector. You will develop client partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

A strong understanding of energy trading, ETRM software, and enterprise account management is essential. Working with Product, Consulting, and Technical teams, you will maximize the value of ETRM investments

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise sales or business development in energy/tech.
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM vendors or energy traders preferred.
• Understanding of energy trading processes across front-, middle-, and back-office operations.
• Proven track record in client relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong CRM and sales pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
• Drive revenue via licenses, subscriptions, upgrades, and consulting services.
• Manage pipelines, account forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions.
• Support new business development and market expansion initiatives.
