CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Energy & Sustainability Manager to support operations and project teams in delivering energy management and carbon reduction across its Midlands-based commercial portfolio.

The role covers strategy, policy, energy surveys, feasibility studies, and the implementation of energy reduction projects, with emphasis on HVAC optimisation, reporting, and compliance with energy regulations.

Formación

• Appropriate degree or equivalent knowledge in sustainability, environmental, engineering or building services.
• Technical knowledge of building energy management systems with feasibility study capability.
• Experience with Carbon Reduction Legislation (ESOS) and energy savings.
• Awareness of ISO quality management standards.
• Specialist knowledge in energy management, decarbonisation technologies and target setting.
• Experience contracting utilities or coordinating direct labour for energy projects.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy, policy and KPIs; identify, justify and implement energy reduction projects.
• Implement energy management processes with internal and external reporting.
• Coordinate with technical staff; energy surveys, feasibility studies and project delivery.
• Optimise HVAC and electrical plant while maintaining required service levels.
• Attend bid/tender processes and presentations.
• Introduce new technologies to support sustainability targets.
• Manage energy budgets and handle energy bill recharges; correct deviations from forecasts.
• Apply project management to deliver discrete projects and manage BAU priorities.
• Ensure compliance with energy, buildings, legislation and related policies.
• Measure and verify energy savings from spend-to-save schemes and energy contracts.
