CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London is seeking an Energy Manager to deliver reporting, energy management and sustainability compliance services for the client FM account. The role requires developing and implementing energy strategies, managing Trend BMS installations, and promoting energy efficiency across client premises.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in energy management, extensive Trend BMS knowledge, and a building services or related degree with Low Carbon qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in energy management.
• Extensive working knowledge of Trend BMS and control theory.
• Qualified Low Carbon Consultant.
• Qualified to undertake Air Conditioning Inspections.
• An appropriate energy related qualification or equivalent in building services engineering (degree or higher).
• Extensive knowledge of energy efficiency techniques and technologies.
• Competency in benchmark techniques and statistical analysis.
• Experience in project management.

Responsabilités

• Promote energy efficiency and provide advice on energy efficient practices.
• Maintain Trend BMS system and manage the BMS maintenance sub-contractor.
• Develop and implement the energy strategy in collaboration with the client.
• Undertake energy surveys in client premises and manage energy-related projects.
• Provide monitoring and verification through full project cycles to achieve cost and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with energy-related regulations and CRC requirements.
