CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Energy & Sustainability Manager for the Midlands to drive energy strategy, carbon reduction, and sustainability initiatives across a commercial portfolio. You will advise on green building standards, energy-use analysis, and implementation of improvement plans.

The role requires coordinating with technical teams, managing energy budgets, and delivering energy projects from feasibility through to execution.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent knowledge in sustainability, environmental, engineering, or building services.
• Technical knowledge of building energy management systems and feasibility studies.
• Specialist knowledge of energy management, carbon reduction and decarbonisation technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy, policy and KPIs for energy reduction across the portfolio.
• Lead energy management processes and internal/external reporting on energy use.
• Coordinate with technical staff on energy surveys and feasibility studies.
• Support engineering and project teams to implement energy reduction projects.
• Optimise HVAC and electrical plant while maintaining service provision.
• Participate in Bid/Tender responses and presentations.
• Introduce new technologies to support sustainability targets.
• Manage energy budgets and address deviations against forecasts.
• Deliver discrete projects using sound project management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practice and policies related to energy and sustainability.

Educación
