Job summary

Circet Energy is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to develop and manage the UK supply chain supporting its energy portfolio in East Kilbride. The role will ensure the right mix of subcontractors and self-delivery capability to sustain growth.

You will map the UK supply chain, identify gaps, and onboard suppliers while upholding safety, quality and compliance. A fast-growth environment with diverse suppliers offers strategic procurement challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, negotiating with, onboarding and managing subcontractors.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to achieve competitive market pricing.
• Proven ability to develop strategic supplier relationships and leverage group buying power.
• Experience working in a management contracting or subcontract-led delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess the UK supply chain to identify capable suppliers for the Energy business.
• Develop understanding of UK energy infrastructure supply chains from EV charging to distribution projects.
• Identify capability gaps and proactively source new suppliers to address them.
• Establish a pipeline of qualified subcontractors to support Circet Energy growth.
• Accelerate supplier onboarding while maintaining safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key players.
