EarthStream Global seeks a Supply Chain Manager to develop and manage a robust UK supply chain to support a growing portfolio of energy infrastructure projects. You will ensure supplier capacity, technical capability and commercial competitiveness across geographies to meet current and future demand.

Key duties include mapping supplier networks, onboarding subcontractors, negotiating terms, driving performance and supporting bids with procurement insights.

Formación

  • Strong knowledge of the UK construction, utilities, infrastructure or energy supply chain.
  • Experience sourcing, onboarding, negotiating with and managing subcontractors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to secure competitive market pricing.
  • Experience building strategic supplier relationships and managing supplier performance.
  • Understanding of supplier assurance, compliance, capability assessment and governance processes.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Assess and map existing supplier networks to identify relevant capabilities within the energy sector.
  • Develop understanding of the UK energy infrastructure supply chain.
  • Identify capability, capacity, geographical and technical gaps; source new suppliers as needed.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified subcontractors to support growth.
  • Manage supplier onboarding while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships and strengthen relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and leverage purchasing power for pricing.
  • Support bid/tender submissions with supply chain intelligence and delivery strategies.
  • Implement supplier performance management across safety, quality, delivery and commercial performance.
  • Monitor market conditions, supplier availability, labour constraints and pricing trends.
  • Support transition towards increased self-delivery through strategic planning.

The Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing, strengthening and managing a robust supply chain network to support a growing portfolio of energy infrastructure projects. The position will play a critical role in ensuring sufficient supplier capacity, technical capability, commercial competitiveness and geographical coverage to meet current and future business demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and map existing supplier networks to identify relevant capabilities within the energy sector.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UK energy infrastructure supply chain.
  • Identify capability, capacity, geographical and technical gaps, sourcing new suppliers where required.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified subcontractors to support business growth.
  • Manage supplier onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with commercial, safety, quality and technical standards.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and leverage purchasing power to achieve competitive pricing.
  • Support bid and tender submissions through supply chain intelligence, quotations and delivery strategies.
  • Implement supplier performance management processes covering safety, quality, programme delivery and commercial performance.
  • Monitor market conditions, supplier availability, labour constraints, pricing trends and emerging supply chain risks.
  • Support the transition towards increased self-delivery capability through strategic supply chain planning.
Experience Required Essential
  • Strong knowledge of the UK construction, utilities, infrastructure or energy supply chain.
  • Experience sourcing, onboarding, negotiating with and managing subcontractors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to secure competitive market pricing.
  • Experience building strategic supplier relationships and managing supplier performance.
  • Understanding of supplier assurance, compliance, capability assessment and governance processes.
