The role

As the Energy Data Analyst, you will lead energy data analysis to identify trends, insights, and strategies, requiring strong analytical skills and domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

1. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, structure, and analyze large datasets related to energy markets (oil, gas, electricity). Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop energy models and conduct quantitative research.
2. Reporting & Communication: Draft reports and presentations on energy analysis. Translate data into actionable strategies and communicate findings to stakeholders.
3. Energy Market Knowledge: Maintain understanding of energy sectors, regulations, policies, and industry trends.
4. Technical Skills: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems.
5. Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with departments such as trading, operations, and policy.
6. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct energy audits, develop energy management programs, and support strategic planning.
