Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) is seeking a SEP Engagement Coordinator to help shape Great Britain's energy future through stakeholder engagement across the SEP directorate. You will coordinate engagement activities, ensure materials are accurate, timely and aligned with quality standards.

The role involves maintaining Salesforce records, producing reports, supporting stakeholder groups, and working with relationship managers to deliver coordinated, high-quality engagement while adapting

Qualifications

• Experience within the energy industry.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills with deadlines.
• Experience in large/complex organisations supporting cross-team coordination.
• Experience producing timely reports and briefing materials.
• Experience coordinating meetings/events with multiple contributors and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stakeholder engagement support across the SEP directorate.
• Coordinate stakeholder events, forums, publications and communications.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and track actions/feedback.
• Produce regular reports on engagement activity, themes and risks.
• Support running stakeholder groups and forums.
