Radius is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join the Energy Team. You will drive high‑value B2B sales, convert opportunities, and grow the customer base in the UK and Ireland. You will maintain CRM data, achieve targets, and collaborate with a high‑performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Sales Supervisor and have opportunities for career progression within a supportive, inclusive culture with uncapped commission and strong training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the UK/Irish energy market.
• Experience selling electricity, gas or other regulated commercial services is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience generating self-sourced business through prospecting, referrals and research.
• Comfortable in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with resilience.

• Deliver high‑value sales by converting qualified opportunities and generating new business through referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline to support forecasting and reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Identify and refer opportunities across Radius Business Units to drive group growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to a high‑performance culture.

• Carry out other duties as required by the business.
