What You’ll Be Doing
As an Outbound Energy Sales Executive, you’ll be:
Making outbound B2B sales calls, engaging with small business owners across the UK.
Offering tailored energy solutions, helping businesses save on their gas and electricity bills.
Hitting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high performance metrics.
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Developing lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keeping up to date with energy market trends to provide the best possible deals.
Using CRM systems to track sales opportunities, manage leads, and maximize conversions.
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator – You love speaking to people and closing deals.
Resilient and target-driven – You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals.
Ability to handle objections – Turning a "no" into a "yes" is second nature to you.
EnergySales experience preferred – Energy sales experience is a plus, but full product training is provided!
Self-motivated and competitive – You want to be the best and earn the most!
