Job summary

Green Light Consultancy Group is seeking an ambitious Sales Advisor to join an office-based team near Bedford. The role focuses on building a new business base through consultative outbound calls to UK businesses and developing relationships to close opportunities.

You will receive uncapped commissions with realistic earnings in Year 1 (£30k-£35k) and Year 2 (£50k+), plus ongoing training and team events. A lack of public transport requires own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build your own customer base using a consultative approach.
• Outbound calling to UK-based businesses to develop new opportunities.
• Gather key information and build relationships with potential clients.
• Receive commission from every opportunity generated and additional commission for conversions.
