Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies for alignment and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets with regular updates.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
