Responsibilities

Lead retrofit projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators to ensure alignment and compliance.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; report to senior management.
Conduct site assessments to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present progress reports and performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions as necessary.
Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
