Job summary

Bionic is seeking an Energy Renewals Expert to manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized energy customers, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships, presenting tailored energy deals, and closing renewals with exceptional service.

Based at our London on-site location, you’ll join a supportive team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets while expanding energy offerings to include telecoms, water, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred).
• Consultative, value-driven sales approach prioritising customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with Bionic energy customers.

The Role

As an Energy Renewals Expert,you’ll be responsible for account managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs.

In this end to end closer role, you’ll:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with Bionic energy customers.
• Identifycustomer needs and match them with the most suitable energy products and solutions.
• Search for and present the best available deals, ensuring each customer receives exceptional value.
• Act as the customer’s dedicated account manager,providingexpert guidance throughout the renewal process.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with customers to discuss their options and next steps.
• Deliver world-class service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Confidently negotiate and close deals when they align with customer requirements.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
• Cross-selladditionalservices such as telecoms, water, and insurance to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with your team tomaintaina vibrant, supportive, and high-performing workplace.

About You
