Bionic Group is hiring an Energy Renewals Expert to manage and renew a portfolio of small and medium-sized business energy customers from our London base. You will nurture relationships, assess needs, and present tailored energy deals to maximise value.

In this end-to-end closer role, you will negotiate, close deals, and consistently hit KPIs while cross‑selling telecoms, water, and insurance. Join a high-energy team at London’s Liverpool Street office.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred).
• Consultative, value-driven sales approach that prioritizes customer needs.
• Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections effectively.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
• Able to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds.

• Act as the customer's dedicated account manager, providing expert guidance throughout the renewal process.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with customers to discuss their options and next steps.
• Deliver world-class service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Confidently negotiate and close deals when they align with customer requirements.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
• Cross-sell additional services such as telecoms, water, and insurance to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing workplace.

The Role

As anEnergy Renewals Expert,you’llbe responsible foraccount managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs.
