The National Energy Foundation, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Project Officer to deliver NEF programmes. You will handle customer contacts via our helpline and case management system, guiding households through energy efficiency support and grant options.

You may deliver awareness sessions and represent NEF at events. You’ll collaborate with installers, funders and partners, ensuring accurate administration and end-to-end journey management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with a methodical approach to projects.
• Ability to work with the public in a caring, non-judgmental way.
• Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, Office 365 and Dynamics 365.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents with information and advice via the telephone helpline and check eligibility for grants.
• Provide energy efficiency and fuel switching advice.
• Prepare and deliver training to diverse audiences on programmes and funding.
• Liaise between householders and installers to ensure smooth installation of efficiency measures.
• Manage CRM systems and databases; adhere to QMS requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager with project administration and reporting.
