Job summary

Aureos Energy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team in Blantyre. You will support project delivery, commercial reporting and maximise profitability across energy infrastructure schemes.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage cost control, forecasting, sub-contracts and day-to-day commercial activities, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure value and on-time payments.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• ,
• Substantial experience working in contracting commercial department.
• Experience of multi-disciplined HV/LV Infrastructure projects desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial team with applications for payment and cost control.
• Input into income forecast, pricing of variations and change control.
• Support weekly cost-to-complete/budget reviews with delivery teams.
• Maintain records and prepare monthly financial performance reports.
• Attend project progress meetings and support sub-contract administration.
