WSP is seeking a Principal Consultant – Policy, Regulation and Markets to join our Energy Advisory team in the UK. You will lead delivery of major energy transition and market reform projects, shaping policy and regulatory advice for clients across the UK and internationally.

The role combines technical leadership, client relationship building and business development, mentoring consultants, and developing innovative analytical approaches to evolving energy markets.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in energy sector regulation and policy.
• Experience leading complex projects for regulators, utilities or governments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of complex energy sector projects and ensure technical quality and client satisfaction.
• Act as Project Director or Senior Project Manager on major assignments.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across geographies.
• Develop proposals, frameworks and strategic pursuits to drive growth.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance for project outputs and alignment with standards.
