Job summary

BP plc is seeking an Originator within GLIGHTS to develop a portfolio of commercial opportunities across the light ends value chain, including supply, offtake, storage and logistics. This is a business development role focusing on long-term opportunities and building counterparty relationships.

• Proven experience in commercial roles.
• Strong grasp of physical trading economics.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across supply, offtake, storage and logistics.
• Originate and integrate physical flows into the trading book to maximise value.
• Structure, negotiate and perform complex commercial agreements.
• Lead cross-functional deal activity from concept through to execution and implementation.
