Job summary

Smartest Energy UK is seeking an experienced Energy Operations Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Energy Executives, ensuring service standards, operational excellence and KPIs are achieved.

You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure processes support a positive customer experience while collaborating on new products and initiatives across the business. Hybrid working is available, with potential travel to other offices as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or showing leadership potential in a team setting.
• Strong track record of building and managing cross‑functional relationships.
• Ability to manage additional projects beyond normal scope when required.
• Solid knowledge of the UK energy industry and market practices.
