Job summary

BMS Group in London is seeking an experienced energy insurance professional to join the Energy Upstream team, handling E&P and related risks for North American and international clients. You will coordinate risk placements, prepare documentation, and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Understanding of London Market insurance processes.
• Familiarity with slip and endorsement content.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent IT & organisational skills.
• Strong administration skills with initiative and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement of risks with brokers and production of documentation.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and communicate to insureds, clients, underwriters and colleagues.
• Ensure accounts are serviced efficiently using internal IT applications including PPL.
• Review and analyse risk exposure data to assist brokers.
• Create MRC slips, policy wordings and underwriter submissions; draft endorsements as needed.
• Process debit notes and monitor premium receipts; liaise with central processing.
