Qualifications

• Admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales or qualified overseas with London market experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing transactions and projects as part of the deal team.
• Conducting and overseeing due diligence.
• Drafting and negotiating key projects and transaction documents.
• Self-motivated business development with the wider team.
• Manage all client work and liaise with clients with high service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm and client documentation.
• Keep up to date with caselaw, policy and planned reforms.
