You will support the deal team across UK, EMEA, and globally, handling due diligence, contract drafting, and client liaison. The successful candidate will have energy experience, strong communication, and an ability to manage multiple workstreams with a flexible, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in an energy-focused team with energy M&A or project finance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic outlook with client focus.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
• Autonomous and collaborative, with initiative.
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth management of transactions and projects as part of the deal team.
• Conducting and overseeing specialist due diligence.
• Drafting and negotiating key projects and transaction documents.
• Self-motivated business development and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage all client work, liaising with clients and maintaining service quality.
• Maintain high standards of client care and confidentiality.
