Job summary

Austen Lloyd is seeking a 2–5 year PQE associate to advise on project development, investment, financing, and acquisition transactions within a collaborative team. The role provides an opportunity to develop specialist expertise with early responsibility across domestic and international matters, particularly in energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

You will join a supportive team offering professional development, exposure to high-profile deals, and hybrid working arrangements

Qualifications

2–5 years’ PQE from a recognised City, international, or national law firm.
Experience in project documentation, project finance, or corporate transactions.
Strong academic background and interest in energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a team.

Responsibilities

Advise on project development, investment, financing, and acquisition transactions.
Work on domestic and international matters within a collaborative team.
Develop specialist expertise with early responsibility.
