Austen Lloyd is seeking a 2–5 year PQE associate to advise on project development, investment, financing, and acquisition transactions within a collaborative team. The role provides an opportunity to develop specialist expertise with early responsibility across domestic and international matters, particularly in energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

You will join a supportive team offering professional development, exposure to high-profile deals, and hybrid working arrangements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ PQE from a recognised City, international, or national law firm.
• Experience in project documentation, project finance, or corporate transactions.
• Strong academic background and interest in energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a team.
