Job summary

SSQ, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Projects Associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure team in London, advising on major projects in the UK and internationally.

The role covers development and commercial work across renewables, nuclear, oil & gas, and infrastructure; opportunities to work on joint ventures, PPAs, construction contracts, concessions, and regulatory matters, with exposure to project finance and related financing.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in projects, energy or infrastructure
• Experience with commercial contracts and project development is desirable
• UK/US/EU regulatory familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work across project development and commercial work
• Assist with joint venture and shareholder arrangements
• Handle PPAs and other offtake agreements
• Contribute to construction and development contracts, concession agreements and regulatory matters
