Job summary

Balfour Beatty Group in Aberdeen are recruiting a Construction Manager to lead the Netherton Hub project and related civil/energy works. You will drive supply chain engagement, manage site teams and coordinate tight delivery programmes, while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and project controls.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and change events.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with the supply chain and supervisors.
• Ensure RAMS, procedures, safe systems of work and project controls are in place.
• Support mobilisation, pre-starts and competency checks.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Promote sustainability targets and Zero Harm culture.
• Manage controls for high-risk activities and lead investigations.
