Job summary

Carey Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Energy from Waste project in the UK. You will coordinate planning, engineering, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will own delivery, manage stakeholders, drive programme performance and shape commercial strategy while promoting a proactive safety-first culture and strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide quality, safety, and environmental strategy
• Provide technical authority and oversee temporary and permanent works
• Manage design governance and BIM compliance
• Oversee strategic logistics and multi-site access
• Direct procurement and materials strategies
• Own the master programme and risk reporting
• Shape commercial strategy, variations and cost forecasting
• Lead and inspire project team with clear roles and accountability
• Chair meetings and manage client/stakeholder relationships
• Foster proactive, collaborative safety-first culture
