Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment is a bonus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Attitude and aptitude prioritized over formal requirements.
• Passion for helping customers and the planet.

Responsibilities

• Make switching to us easy, cut through the noise and help customers select the best Gas and Electricity tariffs.
• Get to know the products! Guide customers on the first steps to adopting Low Carbon Technology (LCT), including Heat Pumps and Solar.
• Initiate the journey for Electric Vehicle charger (EVC) customers, answering installation questions and handing over to installation teams.
• Problem solve, own the query from supplier switch to EV installation, and find the right solution fast.
• Treat every customer with care and kindness; offer warmth and real conversations, going the extra mile.
• Think on your feet with no robotic responses; listen, understand, and deliver practical solutions; prepare for a learning curve.
• Adaptability and a love for change; be ready to learn new things quickly.
• A curiosity for learning and growth to dive into new challenges and areas of focus.
• Clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and active listening.
• A background in fast-paced customer service or operations is a bonus, but attitude matters most.
