Responsibilities

• Make switching to Octopus easy and help customers choose the best Gas and Electricity tariffs.
• Guide customers on Low Carbon Technology (LCT), including Heat Pumps and Solar.
• Answer initial EV charger installation questions and ensure a smooth handover to installers.
• Take ownership of queries and resolve issues quickly, from switches to EV installs.
• Provide warm, compassionate service and go the extra mile for customers.
• Think on your feet, avoid robotic responses, and embrace continuous learning.
