Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Talent Resourcing Manager to lead a team of up to four Talent Resourcing Partners for a key strategic client in the Critical Infrastructure sector, focusing on Energy.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, build strong senior stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement and growth initiatives, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams within MSP, RPO, or agency environments.
• Experience supporting Critical Infrastructure, especially Energy and Utilities.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills; building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of up to four Talent Resourcing Partners.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and resourcing activity against KPIs.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-touch, customer-centric service to exceed expectations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance resourcing strategies and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning with market insight and talent intelligence.
• Represent Rullion through client engagement and on-site visits.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to enable full potential.
• Proactively strengthen client relationships and support account growth.
