Job summary

Responsibilities

• Chase outstanding debt professionally via phone conversations.
• Investigate customer accounts to resolve complex billing queries.
• Help customers understand and manage their energy accounts to prevent debt.
• Set up realistic payment plans and Direct Debits for usage and arrears.
• Liaise with internal teams and provide regular updates on portfolio performance.
• Maintain professionalism while handling sensitive conversations.
