Penguin Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an Energy Consultant to join a growing sustainability team. You will model energy performance using IES VE and contribute to compliance work across Part L and Part O, with opportunities to develop expertise in overheating and TM52/TM59 assessments.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern (minimum 2 days in the office) and a salary in the 33,000–41,000 GBP range, with benefits including private healthcare and pension support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in energy consultancy or building physics.
• Experience with IES VE, Part L and/or Part O assessments.
• Understanding of overheating, energy efficiency and building regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out energy modelling using IES VE and similar software.
• Support Part L compliance and building energy assessments.
• Undertake overheating assessments in line with Part O and relevant guidance.
• Contribute to TM52/TM59 assessments.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend improvements to building performance.

I'm working with an established sustainability consultancy looking to bring an Energy Consultant into their London team.

This is a great opportunity for an Energy Consultant with a couple of years' experience to work on a range of building performance and energy projects, developing their technical skills within a growing consultancy.
