The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and communicating requirements, supporting workshops, analysing issues, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves working with stakeholders across technology and business teams, contributing to process understanding, system enhancements, and successful project execution.**Role Responsibilities*** Conduct Business Analysis on Technology projects within the commodities and energy product areas* Produce clear documentation to agreed standards to effectively communicate project requirements* Agree documented user requirements with business and IT stakeholders* Hold and lead requirements gathering and process definition workshops with the business.
