Leep Utilities in Manchester is seeking an experienced Energy Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end relationship with high-value commercial accounts in a hybrid role. You will produce timely, accurate bills, handle queries about meter reads and billing values, and support the wider Energy team within Customer Operations.

We require advanced Excel skills (including pivots), strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in utilities billing.

• Billing expertise in utilities and commercial accounts.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivots and data analysis.
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent relationship management with high-value customers.
• Proactively seeks missed revenue opportunities and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly private network bills are completed accurately and on time.
• End-to-end relationship management for key accounts, including site visits.
• Produce accurate billing communications to ensure timely payments.
• Handle complex inquiries about bill value, meter reads and related data.
• Support day-to-day administration to improve data quality within the portfolio.
• Produce KPI reports and contribute to performance reviews.
• Investigate complex bills and provide clear outcomes to customers.
• Collaborate to improve billing processes for higher accuracy.
• Lead meetings with external stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships.
• Support collection activities for your customer base when required.
