UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a cheerful 7-year-old boy with Autism. You will provide 2:1 assistance during social and leisure activities in the local community, ensuring safety and wellbeing while promoting independence.

The role requires energy, patience, and a caring, reliable approach. Driving licence and access to vehicle are essential, and DBS check or willingness to obtain one is required.

Formación

• Experience of supporting children or young people with Autism.
• Understanding of challenging behaviour and positive support strategies.
• Patient, calm, and reliable approach.
• Enthusiastic and able to keep up with an energetic young boy.
• Ability to build a positive and trusting relationship.
• A genuine desire to help a child reach their full potential.
