The role focuses on enabling access to community activities while ensuring safety and development, with light personal care and close supervision. Applicants should be energetic, reliable, and patient, with experience in supporting children with additional needs and knowledge of autism.

Formación

• Experience in supporting children with additional needs.
• DBS check required (enhanced preferred).
• Ability to supervise a non-verbal child with ASD in community settings.

Responsabilidades

• Help the child access fun, community activities.
• Maintain safety and wellbeing during outings.
• Provide light personal care (nappies) as needed.
• Supervise and respond calmly to changing situations.
