Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drinks service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Natural hospitality flair with strong guest engagement.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality of drinks.
• Ability to work late-night shifts up to 3 AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar.
• Recommend drinks confidently using product knowledge.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, presentation, and consistency during busy service.
• Collaborate with bar and floor teams for smooth service and restock as needed.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
