House of Louie in London is seeking a confident, charismatic Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team during a busy autumn and festive period.

Deliver warm, attentive service, recommend cocktails with product knowledge, and work closely with bar and floor teams to ensure guests are welcomed, looked after, and entertained throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end bar, restaurant, or nightlife venue (preferred).
• A natural flair for hospitality, style, and guest engagement.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Confidence working in a busy environment with late-night service (up to 3 AM).
• Passion for great drinks, great service, and unforgettable nights.
