It’s an exciting time to join House of Louie as we head into the autumn and festive season - one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year - and we’re looking for a confident, charismatic, and service-driven Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic front-of-house team.

About the Role - You Will:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and stylish table service in our bar and lounge areas
• Recommend cocktails and drinks with confidence and product knowledge
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, looked after, and entertained throughout their visit
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to deliver smooth, efficient service
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, particularly during busy evenings, weekends, celebrations, and the festive season
• Help create memorable experiences for guests during one of the busiest periods in the London hospitality calendar

About You - You Will Have:

• Previous experience in a high-end bar, restaurant, or nightlife venue (preferred)
• A natural flair for hospitality, style, and guest engagement
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Confidence working in a busy environment with late-night service (up to 3 AM)
• Passion for great drinks, great service, and unforgettable nights
