As Bar Manager you will own day-to-day bar operations, uphold exceptional standards, develop talent, and drive guest experiences with energy and personality.

Qualifications

• Proven management or supervisory experience in a premium bar or hospitality operation.
• Excellent cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge with guest and team guidance.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and guest experience.
• Lead, develop and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
