Job summary

Hagley Wrap Around Care Club at Hagley Primary School is seeking highly motivated Childcare Practitioners to join the after school club team. You will provide quality playcare for children and support their social, emotional and physical development, including those with special educational needs.

We offer training and development opportunities, a supportive environment with enthusiastic staff and involved parents, and a welcoming community for staff and children alike.

Qualifications

• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working with children and show initiative.
• Be committed to providing children with a high quality and enjoyable experience.
• Have high expectations, together with caring attitude and flexibility.
• Know how to provide the children with a safe and secure environment.
• Have experience in delivering childcare activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality playcare for children in the after school club.
• Support social, emotional and physical development of children, including those with special educational needs.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and work within a team.
• Be DBS checked or willing to undergo a check.
