Job summary

Old Earth Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Out of School Club Practitioner to join our supportive team and help provide child-centred care and engaging activities for pupils before and after school.

The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification (CWDC recognised) and strong literacy/numeracy, with term-time hours 23.75 per week and shifts 07:15–08:45 and 15:00–18:15. A collaborative, growth-minded environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a practitioner in a childcare setting.
• Knowledge and implementation of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy competence.
• Ability to work with and contribute to the team.
• Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for learning.
