Job summary

Sky UK is seeking an experienced Unified Endpoint Management professional to deliver Intune-based policies across Windows and mobile devices, maintain privileged access workstations, and drive automation with PowerShell.

You'll operate in a hybrid model with two office days per week at Osterley or Livingston, contribute to security, compliance and incident response, and partner with global IT to keep end-user experiences smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management in a large-scale Windows enterprise.
• Proficient with PowerShell scripting and/or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication for documenting changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UEM services across Windows and mobile devices using Intune.
• Support Privileged Access Workstation devices and Privilege Management policies.
• Own endpoint platform capabilities and drive upgrades and improvements.
• Manage incidents, requests and tasks, providing second/third-line support.
