Job summary

Your Ambition in Hockley is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join our IT Services team. Hybrid working is considered, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern workplace technologies to deliver secure, reliable, user-focused digital experiences.

You will design, deploy, operate, and secure endpoint services across internal and customer environments, collaborate with Service Desk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and project teams, and lead device lifecycle and deployment

Qualifications

• Strong experience in endpoint engineering and modern workplace technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with device deployment, updates, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of endpoint security controls and CA policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage device configuration, compliance policies, security baselines, and deployment profiles.
• Lead device lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, refresh, migration, and retirement.
• Manage endpoint security, encryption, antivirus, and vulnerability remediation.
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain endpoint applications and software updates.
• Support endpoint-related projects, migrations, upgrades, and large-scale rollouts.
• Act as escalation point for complex endpoint incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.
