Job summary

Randstad Digital in Norwich, UK, is seeking a contract Endpoint Engineer for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for an initial 3-month period. This role requires strong 2nd-line IT desktop/hardware support experience and a customer-focused approach to assist clinical and corporate teams onsite.

You will build, configure and deploy workstations, manage Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix and Sophos, and resolve incidents within tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 2nd-line IT desktop/hardware support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate IT jargon for non-technical users.
• A relevant IT degree, Microsoft Certification, or ITIL Foundation knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-line remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Build, configure, and deploy workstations and laptops for technology refreshes.
• Support and manage Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, and Sophos.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents within strict SLAs via the IT Service Desk.

Salary: £24,960 - 29,793.6 per year
